Helianta will give birth not too soon. She likes her new birthing box and is scrabbling around there to make herself at home.
I'm letting her be all over the apartment for now, but when it gets closer to the birth, I'll have her in my bedroom. Partly so that I can keep a better eye on her, but also so that she is not possibly stressed by the other cats at home. At times I can still feel skeptical that she is pregnant as she has not put on as much weight as she did with her last birth. But she hasn't gotten into heat again either, which she would have done by now if she was pseudo pregnant. I wonder if these doubts will disappear with the years, or if even those who have bred for years still have such thoughts of insecurity?
